Documents are the important files you’ll store securely in the Document Vault. In Wealth Access, your Document Vault brings together statements, tax documents, reports, advisor-shared files, and personal uploads so you always know where to find what you need.

The purpose of Documents

  • Keep important documents organized and accessible
  • View statements, tax documents, and reports across your accounts
  • Securely receive and share documents with your advisor
  • Store personal files alongside advisor-provided materials

Quarterly performance reports, tax documents, wills, trusts, passports and insurance policies are all examples of documents you can store in the platform.

Where to find Documents

  • Documents are located in the left-hand navigation
  • Document Vault stores statements, tax documents, reports, and shared files securely
  • Accounts may also have documents attached at the account level
  • Reports may generate downloadable files you can save or share

Your advisor can share documents directly to your vault, and you can upload your own files at any time. Everything stays organized and secure within Wealth Access.
