Reports

Reports give you organized views of your financial information. They help you review balances, track performance, and share a clear summary of your accounts when needed. Whether you’re preparing for a conversation with your advisor or simply reviewing your progress, reports make it easy to see the full picture in one place.

What you can do with Reports

  • View a summary of your assets and liabilities
  • Review investment performance
  • Generate downloadable files for your records
  • Export information for use outside the portal
  • Share financial snapshots with trusted professionals

Types of reports

Depending on your accounts and your firm’s setup, you may see:

Balance Sheet Views

A snapshot of your total assets, liabilities, and net worth. This view shows how your accounts come together across banking, investments, real estate, and other holdings.

Performance Summaries

Reports focused on how your investment accounts have performed over time. These typically include returns, asset allocation, and account-level performance details.

Downloadable Reports

Formatted reports that can be downloaded as a file for recordkeeping or sharing.

Exporting Data

Some report views allow you to export information into spreadsheet formats for deeper analysis or custom tracking.

How to access Reports

  1. Log in to your portal.
  2. Select Documents from the main navigation menu.
  3. Select Reports from the sub-nav of Documents.
  4. Choose the report type you want to view.
  5. Use filters or date ranges, if available, to adjust what you see.
  6. Download or export if needed.

Navigation labels may vary slightly depending on your firm’s setup.

When should you use Reports?

Clients commonly use reports when they:

  • Prepare for a meeting with their advisor
  • Review performance over a specific time period
  • Need documentation for tax or estate planning
  • Want a clean snapshot of their full financial picture

If you’re ever unsure which report to use, your advisor can guide you to the right view.

A note on accuracy

Reports pull directly from the accounts connected to your portal. If you notice something that doesn’t look right:

  • Confirm that the account is connected and up to date
  • Check the date range selected in the report
  • Contact your advisor or Support for help reviewing the data

Your reports reflect the most recent data available from your connected institutions.
